How to Make an Image Accessible in a Word Document

Purpose: Images in a document cannot always be seen by users who are visually impaired. Therefore, it is important to add alternative text to images so tools like screen readers can easily describe and convey the image to the user. The more descriptive the alternative text is to a user, the better they will understand its content and use it for class.
