How to Create and Send an Announcement

Purpose: Announcements can be used to post reminders and updates to students about a course. Announcements can be sent out to students immediately or at a preset date and time. However, please inform students that their notification settings, under “Account”, should be turned on in order to receive announcement messages in their email accounts.
